Bespoke clothing doesn’t always mean you’re guaranteed a perfect fit on the first try. Sometimes, it takes wearing a garment over a period of time to see how it really fits. Once you get all the tiny details perfected, you’re set up for a perfect fit. Luckily for you, we’re committed to helping you find the perfect fit. If you don’t like the fit of your custom clothing, we’ll provide you with one complimentary remake or alteration subject to the below conditions.
An alteration request is considered to be valid only on receipt of all the required information requested by our customer care representative (including images requested to assess the alteration required). If any of the information is not received within the timelines specified, the Company has the right to reject the alteration request.
In case your address falls in the 'Non Serviceable' category, you can courier the parts to our office address and we will refund the shipping charges to you against a genuine courier invoice.
For all products purchased from any website/ marketplace other than www.theblackbespoke.com, we cannot offer any direct alterations/ exchanges/ returns/ refunds. This will have to be requested directly with the website/ marketplace from where the order was placed.
